Myer Property Management is a professional, full-service association management company. We offer a wide array of Property Management, Financial and Administrative services to all of our associations. We are an extremely flexible company and will work very closely with an association’s board to ensure that we meet your needs.

Property Management Services

  • 24 Hour Emergency Service, 365 days per year
  • Scheduled On-site Inspections to ensure compliance with documents
  • Solicitation of Contractor Bids
  • Field calls and inquires from Association members
  • Dispatching the appropriate service vendor for call, when required
  • Follow up calls to members with status/update
  • Warning letters to resolve infractions of covenants


Financial Services

  • Maintain all financial records
  • Preparation of annual budget
  • Establish and administer all bank accounts
  • Collect and record all assessments, fines, fees and income.
  • Generate Monthly Financial Reports
  • Bank Statement Reconciliations
  • Establish collection procedures and follow up on delinquent accounts
  • Cooperate with Association’s Auditors


Administrative Services

  • Provide quick response to Board and Homeowner requests
  • Maintain Associations files – Unit Owner Files, Association Minutes, correspondence file
  • Attend Annual Meetings- provide agendas
  • Coordinate elections
  • Maintain records of contractors insurance certificates
  • Administration of Association’s insurance records in coordination with Association’s insurance agent.
  • Collection letters
  • Initiation of the Lien Process
  • Attend Court Hearings for judgments that are filed.
