About Us

Myer Property Management is located in Historic Milford at the northeast corner of Pennsylvania. We are a professional firm specializing in community management. We serve northeastern Pennsylvania, northwestern New Jersey and Orange County of New York.

Myer Property Management understands that home and unit owners make a substantial investment in their property and place high value on both the physical condition of the community and its financial well-being. To complete these objectives, Myer Property Management takes a proactive role in providing guidance to help maintain the high standards expected of the community. We act more as a long-term owner than as a temporary caretaker.

From Milford, PA: Take Route 6 & 209 toward Matamoras. Make a left onto Wheatfield Drive (Kost tire is on the corner). At stop sign, bear left. Our office is on the lower level of the Myer building.

From Matamoras, PA/Port Jervis, NY: Take Route 6 & 209 toward Milford. Make a right onto Wheatfield Drive (Kost tire is on the corner). At stop sign, bear left. Our office is on the lower level of the Myer building.
